Your apartment will be ready for you from 4.00 pm on your arrival day.
Please vacate your apartment by 10.00 am on your departure day.
We’ll be happy to arrange early check-in or late check-out for you, but this is subject to availability and an extra charge.
EARLY CHECK-IN
It may be possible for you to access your apartment earlier than 4.00 pm on your arrival day subject to availability. We recommend that you get in touch with us a few days before you arrive to check this with us.
LATE CHECK-IN
You’re very welcome to arrive at Haus Aerli any time after 4.00 pm on your arrival day since you’ll have your own access code. We just ask that you respect our neighbours if you’re arriving late at night (between 10.00 pm and 6.00 am).
LATE CHECK-OUT
It may be possible for you to stay in your apartment a bit longer on your departure day subject to availability. You’ll be charged an extra €30.00 per person for continued use of the apartment and the communal areas at our holiday home.
Your bikes and ski equipment will be safe and sound in our very own storage area. There is also a washing machine and dryer available on request.
Haus Aerli has a gorgeous garden area complete with a natural pool and Finnish sauna. All our outdoor facilities are free for Aerli guests to use.
! Please just be aware that there is no lifeguard at our natural pool and you use it at your own risk. Parents are responsible for supervising their children in the pool.
Your dog is welcome at Haus Aerli! Out of respect for our other guests, we can only accomodate dogs to one of our apartments. Please let us know that you’re planning to bring your four-legged friend with you when you first get in touch with us. We charge an extra €25.00 per night for your dog and food is not included.
Dogs are not allowed in the pool, sauna area and adjacent meadows but they are very welcome, on leash, in the patio area.
Show your respect for other people who are out exploring nature by cleaning up after your dog. Our local farmers will be grateful too because dog muck contaminates hay. Not to mention that many farmers use a hand scythe in their fields and meadows, including the meadow directly next to Haus Aerli.
No need to panic if you’ve forgotten your dog poop bags because you can pick them up for free at one of the many dispensers along the local footpaths.
Your dog must be on a lead on the cable cars. In some cases, they are also required to wear a muzzle, which you’ll be able to hire at some of the cable car bottom stations.
Smoking is prohibited at Haus Aerli. We don’t allow smoking in any of our apartments or indoor spaces. You may only smoke outside (in the garden and patio area).
Because of the peaceful location in a quiet neighbourhood and out of consideration for other guests, we do not allow parties at Haus Aerli.
Barbecues are not permitted for reasons of fire protection for wooden facades and to preserve the high-quality furnishings.
The prices quoted are on a self-catering basis and for one night in one apartment from 2 persons (Apt. 1003) and 4 persons (Apts. 1000 and 1002).
You will also be charged local tourism tax on top of the price for the apartment. This is calculated at €3.00 per person (aged 15 and over) and per night.
The minimum stay is 6 nights during peak season and 2 nights for the rest of the year. Please do still feel free to get in touch if you’re interested in booking a shorter stay with us. We might be able to accommodate your request depending on our availability and the size of your party.

Single occupancy (low season only): discount of 30% on the total price

Cots: €15.00 per stay
Highchairs: €5.00 per stay
* The cleaning charges applied to your booking assume that your apartment will require the standard cleaning service at the end of your stay. If an excessive amount of cleaning is required because of the condition you left your apartment in on your departure day, you will be charged extra.
We’ll be happy to arrange extra cleaning for you during your stay. Let us know you’d like to use this service when you’re here and we can give you a quote and book you a slot.
We know you won’t go around breaking things deliberately, but accidents do happen. If something does get damaged, just let us know straight away rather than leaving it as a nasty surprise for us when we’re cleaning the apartment after you’ve gone.
We may not ask for a deposit, but we do expect all Aerli guests to treat the apartments and everything inside them with due care and respect. Please leave everything in exactly the same condition it was in when you arrived. We will send you an invoice for any damage, missing items or excessive cleaning.
Wondering about the rubbish rules? We know that the protocol for sorting rubbish is slightly different wherever you go. In Ehrwald, we don’t mess around when it comes to our rubbish. But don’t worry – we’ve labelled up the bins in the rubbish area (next to the outside stairs) so you know what’s what.
Unfortunately, things don’t always go to plan.
Make sure you take out travel cancellation insurance to cover yourself in case you need to cancel your stay unexpectedly or leave earlier than planned. That way, you’ll be able to claim for the cancellation costs we charge on your insurance.
It’s free to cancel your booking up to 30 days before your scheduled arrival date and we’ll refund you the full amount.
If you cancel your booking between 29 and 14 days before your scheduled arrival date, we will take 50% of the total cost from the amount you’ve already paid.
If you cancel your booking between 13 and 7 days before your scheduled arrival date, we will take 70% of the total cost from the amount you’ve already paid.
If you cancel your booking between 6 days and 1 day before your scheduled arrival date, you will be charged 90% of the total booking amount.
If you arrive late, leave early or don’t show up at all, you will still be charged the full booking amount.
Cancellations will only be accepted in writing via the form on our website or to hello@aerli.at.
This cancellation policy applies regardless of whether or not we manage to fill all or some of the rooms you have cancelled.
